The difference in grade for this coin makes all the difference, what do you believe the grade should be?

VF-20. Spent a good part of a year obsession on trimes before I got a complete 1851-1862 set and I think I'm getting pretty good at grading these.

I'm going with F15 due to the many little ticks and the one scratch I'm seeing across the obverse star.
