I found a quarter that sounds like it is plastic when dropped it's doesn't have the normal metallic sound. Anyone have any ideas why it is like that. Looks like a normal quarter. It is also a little lighter in weight.

I don't have a scale to weigh it but it looks like metal and the side have the lines that are copper and silver like a real coin right down to the mint stamp. I really appreciate the help.
