coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/26/2014 08:30 am Hard to tell with the devices flattened on most of the coin. Is this coin normal in diameter? They sometimes flatten cents to make the coin larger. They call them Texas cents. On Zincolns the plating falls off the coin when they do this. But they definitely were not struck that way.
