What do you guys think? It was really difficult to take the pics. Look closely at "states". I'm in the process of getting a better camera. Is it a did? Looks like the VI type listed on We let's but not sure. Thanks for looking! I'm still learning!

Looks like the devices have been flattened. I don't see any hub doubling from the image provided. Maybe I'm missing something your seeing?

Sorry but this is not a DDR, however you may have the DDO, we would need better close ups of the obverse to be sure.

Hard to tell with the devices flattened on most of the coin. Is this coin normal in diameter? They sometimes flatten cents to make the coin larger. They call them Texas cents. On Zincolns the plating falls off the coin when they do this. But they definitely were not struck that way.
