This is a deceptive rarity, with perhaps a hundred or a few more known to survive. It's my opinion that the scratch would be considered an "acceptable" circulation artifact, but even in Detail grade this one ought to be in a slab (to address your larger purpose for posting these). This is the more-common (relatively speaking) low-mint mark Variety 1. I believe VF30 is appropriate.
