i have a dateless standing liberty and I see a partial one I think it is a 1921 standing liberty,

my camera was not working so no pictures

As you probably know, the Variety 2/Pedestal Date Standing Liberty quarter was only minted from 1917 to 1924. So, if can you see a "1" in the 4th (farthest right) numerical date position, on a raised date/pedestal, it can only be a 1921 Quarter.

Please post pictures when you get them. I would like to see them!

If you see a mintmark you can rule out a 1921.

There is no magic potion to bring out the date so hope for some dirt or toning which makes a partial date easier to see.

It's very common in grades of VG and above, to have more than one digit (visible). Goods and about goods, generally only show the 1.
