Hey everybody! So nice to see that I'm not alone :) Anyway I was looking through some old coin rolls I found in my attic. There were a lot of nice coins but things started getting interesting when I found 3 of these! This one says 1929, but there's also 1915 and 1912! I put it in one of my dad's little coin things. Can anyone give a description/ value? I will upload some other examples I found later.

I moved your post to the identification section. We need a picture of the reverse to determine the denomination of the coin and for appraising its value.

This appears to be an authentic Indian Head gold coin. The coin in the photo is most likely a 2-1/2 dollar denomination. If it is the 2-1/2 dollar denomination, it would be worth $300 or so.

That's one heck of a find. As I said in the saddle ridge topic, some people just have all the luck. Are you planning on selling them?

You can post the links here when you do. I believe that's allowed because it's over ebay.

And awesome finds!!

Actually there are rules to posting links on the forum (post count and forum "age") but I hope you stick around long enough and contribute enough to be able to post them when you do sell.

Great find!
