I know it's all beat up but I believe this is a MAD cent ?

Is-This-A-Mad-?

Is-This-A-Mad-?

It's seen some hard times and I also believe it has been Struck Through Grease on the reverse with some MD going on around the left side of the memorial and the 'ONE CENT ' as well.

Most likely not worth anything but I thought it was neat and wanted to share.

The reason one cent is weak is because the obverse die was away from that area when the strike happened. Tha alignment didn't allow for the area to be full formed.

Not really. The Mint switched to the copper plating zinc core Mid year so the population number is 50/50.It could be dubbed the last year of the true copper cent but I don't think that would really increase the value
