Your coin I not DDO-001. I see a normal coin. It is important to understand how a Doubled Die occurs. On the die, the Date, Motto and Abe are all incuse (the opposite of raised...sunk into the die) For a coin to be a Doubled Die...the Die's Devices(features...motto, date,,etc) has to be Doubled. The Doubling will Double the width of the date, motto, and abe. The Doubled part of the coin will be raised as much as what is normal. It will not be flat.

Notice on the Date- The "1" (there are two of them with notches separating them) The "9" is twice as thick, the same with the "80"
On LIBERTY, Again there is very distinct notching on almost every letter. This notching separates two distinct doubled digits. It looks like two letters were blended together and the notches still show 2 digits. These are in the design on the die.

If Coop has his "3D" pencil drawings of Doubled Dies and Machine Doubling it would be a good time to post them
I hope this helps you a little. Be patient and research about all the different errors. They are out there and you will find them if you know what to look for. Studying information is more important than looking though coins. Cause if you really don't know what you are looking for how can you find it?
Happy Hunting!
