1942. For some reason I keep questioning this one. If it wasn't for how clean the edge on the right was under the eye loop I would just throw it in the pile. Any thoughts?

There will always be a coin or two, that despite knowing better, will constantly cause you to pause. I have a nemesis nickel in my collection that does that to me. Happy hunting and remember...there are no dumb questions here. You are free to ask.

I think this one is accidental circulation damage, but I think that it is also worth noting that altered dates can be made in this way.
