I'm pretty sure this is from Zeeland going by the Arms and the translation is fairly straightforward but.... the date 1584 makes me think it may have some thing to do with William of Orange but what? and what could the 1.SA.14 mean?

this medal remenbers the acceptance of Maurice of Nassau ,after the death of Willem of Orange ,to be the stadtholder of Holland and Zeeland in 1584 .
On the front you see Jonathan and his page climbing the rocks and attacking the Pilistinians.
This token has been made in Middelburg (The Netherlands) in 1584
