I've just recently picked this one up at auction. It looks pretty much perfect to me but I am no expert on grading. I'm not sure if I have one of the rare ones.

What do you think?
Also, Should I have it graded?
and, Is it one of the rare ones?
Thank you in advance, I look forward to all comments.

Your photos are too small for me to tell if its a SWL, arnprior, NWL or any variety from CH-REV-1 through 14 long story short we need bigger pics and also may I recommend to you a Charlton standard catalog 66 edition.
Your coin appears cleaned but I hope its not.

I don't know if it was cleaned, it came from a small collection at auction. It was stored in one of those card board flips with the soft plastic windows (kind of like food wrap). I carefully removed it (no touching) and placed it in an airtite.

I'm having trouble with larger images with the 100 k limit. I will continue to practice and see how I do.

Your pics are getting closer to a useful size. Try cropping them with the forum's image optimizer.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Liverpool St, I started out in Cape Breton, after school the Canadian forces provided me with a career. I've lived all over. I call Fredericton New Brunswick home now.

Alright, I think I got it right. Funny I used my old camera, seems to work much better close up.

Is this one of the rare ones? Thanks for your input.

Much better pictures. Your dollar is a regular water line. A NWL has no water lines and a SWL has 2 1/2 water lines and none can touch the canoe. Thanks for sharing.
