I have 1995, 1996 and 1997 S Silver Washington proofs coming in this shipment, can't wait till they get here. And they're from davenders, you never go wrong with him.  |

i have seen that his prices are sometimes on the steep side. I may buy something from him if he offered free shipping.

Yep these were just as I had expected and they look great in the album. PF-63 or 4 I think. Each coin has some minor imperfections in the obverse fields...which is easy to do on a Washington. But still good enough for the album.

What is not to love about davenders? He is the best coin dealer I have purchased from through ebay. The quality he states is the quality you get. I just ordered 22 items from him this morning. Come to think of it, I've given Dave a LOT of money since January. Nevertheless, I think I will stick with him from now on when it comes to Kennedy halves and Ikes. I trust him in the fullest sense. That is why I don't mind paying a little more for his stuff. Also, he does offer free shipping from time to time, and he always has a flat $2.95 shipping no matter how many items you purchase. I also buy from davenders. His quality is great and aside from the shipping cost on single small items he always has plenty to put a few coins together and make it worth while. His prices are fair considering it's comforting to know the quality will be there

Some time.especially if you watch his auctions you can get really nice stuff for a good deal. Only thing I don't like it's he uses "stock" photos so you don't usually get what's pictured. I've never been let down tho.
