barryg Pillar of the Community United States 5850 Posts	Posted 03/14/2014 4:41 pm Got there bright and early with a stack of crisp new $100 bills and a mission to pick up some nice investment grade coins that I'll enjoy looking at and that are likely to increase in value over time (or at least hold their value). I did give into temptation and pick up some paper money as well (which I'll post later in the currency forum) and did get one raw coin for my type album, but everything else was slabbed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take really good pictures through the slabs (especially the proof coins), but these should at least give you an idea of what I got. And yes, that's basically my entire yearly coin budget gone in one fell swoop, but I was only planning on going to one major show this year anyway... I wanted to get a proof Barber half dollar, but I ran out of money and the only ones I saw were REALLY expensive.
