1921-S LWC Lamination Error W/ Planchet Cracked & Peeling ?

I found this among rolls of lesser grade coins I was searching for error and to practice grading.

Hopefully I am right in saying it is a

1921-S LWC with a Lamination Error where the Planchet was Cracked & Peeling?

The coin looks very worn but is thick just looks to have lack of detail. Is that PMD or not?

Correct. Laminations tend to run in a straight line and that is what you have.
