Looks like what is called a woody.As a woody it looks OK,there are better looking ones out there but yours looks nice too.

If they add charm to them, they could be collected. But they are created because of poor mixture of the copper in the stock material. When they really look like wood, some collect them.

yours is pretty nice. the 80's dont seem to have the character as some of the 40's and older.

i really liked "coops" 1925
