I thought there were way to many bag marks for a 62 grade.... Thoughts?

Nice strike & lots of luster offset the marks.

I cannot see any wear, from the pictures presented, so it has to be some sort of MS grade. The high points of the design on both sides seem to be quite sharp.
The reverse is a lot better then the obverse, as is usual with these.
MS62.
It would have been a 64, if the obverse had been as nice.

I don't think the marks seen here are deep enough to be bag marks; more like scuff marks from stacking.
Bag marks are usually the result of coins being jingled about when they are stored in bulk during transportation. There ARE few light impact marks however, especially on the cheek, neck and hair.

Any opinion regarding marks with this coin, I must admit, is in a grey area as to 'bag' or 'scuff'. My guess is that the impact marks are the result of the coin being in a teller's drawer.
