'43-S Cent? Another Odd "error" Coin

What do the experts think? 251473604494 The area left by the off-center strike looks too thick and the obverse and reverse don't look to be from a mint strike as they don't line up correctly. The amount the coin is off-center seems to be different on each side also. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!! Nothing looks right on this coin. 251524717563 The first time it was listed at $999.00, the second time it was listed at $99.00 and now it's listed at 99 cents. It has one bid, so it will sell if ebay doesn't pull the listing again. It's strange, but I almost want to bid on it just to see it up close. If it stays at 99 cents I may have to try.
