I just picked up a decent 1887 Morgan dollar today for $25. I think I'll retire the Ike I've been carrying for now and carry this along with my '42 Walker. I just love the sound of silver clinking as I walk...

Nope, no donkey tail, no die cracks, just a beautiful, bog-standard Morgan dollar perfect for carrying around and clinking in my pocket...

I don't have a pocket piece but use an 1804 Carolus IIII 2R for scratching lotto tickets at my computer. I suppose I should check to make sure that the coin is basically just scrap at this point. I love the feel of it in my hands.

Do "wallet pieces" count? I keep this one tucked in a side fold between all the plastic money and the fiat paper money ... in case anyone ever wants to see any REAL money

I carry a few coins handed down by my dad and grandpa. A 1920 WLH, a 1937 WLH, and a few silver quarters.

I've carried around a 1922 Peace dollar for a few years now. I thought I was nuts for doing it. Just like the feel of it in my pocket.

Saw this going for just $15 on the Bay and just couldn't pass it up. It has now found a new permanent residence in my left pocket
