I would put this one at VG10 it's a nice looking coin, my favorite EAC's are the 1794 LC's too, I'm still learning about them and have not had anywhere near enough in hand to really be able to get the Sheldon numbers yet, but I'm working on it. PCGS seems to grade one to two points higher than the EAC grades these old coppers. There is a new EAC grading guide that will be shipping at the EAC convention in Colorado Springs next month April/May. Can't wait to get it and delve into more EAC grading insights.
I like your 1794 cipster, it's a lot nicer than the two I have so far.
