Is This An 88/89 R (1988 D FS-901)?

It is so difficult to get good images at this resolution. Is this the elusive and much desired 1988 D FS-901 or am I just reaching for it? Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/23/2014 4:28 pm I see some contact in the area of the "FG", but there is another way to tell if it is RDV-005 or 006. It is on the AME on AMERICA. The 005 has rounded devices and the 006 has flat devices. Report this Post to the Staff

Collector-Corner Pillar of the Community 872 Posts	Posted 03/24/2014 07:16 am Ahhhh now I understand why stereo microscopes were invented. Its for these extremely insane closeups of items that are good to collect. Though a few of these type coins might have to be scoped at a third party grading service, and certified, man, this is just too close and detailed or picky for my tastes. I'd seriously go blind and never get through a single bag if I had to go through that much detail....Hehehehehe. Good try, keep digging they are out there - because people like me don't want to look for them ! Report this Post to the Staff

I would be blind in my right eye by now otherwise... Now that I know to look for the devices on the AM it will be much easier. Thank you for the feedback all - I really appreciate it.
