The I in liberty is missing the second most notable feature of the coin Coop's picture being the first MAJOR feature of the ACCENTED HAIR KENNEDY lol These are proof only coins and according to my research one set of dies when the presidents widowed wife turned down the design the mint chief engraver had new dies drawn up and BOOM your 1964 coommon type 2 proof half dollar..
