I bought this piece the other day and am trying to decide it's grade. There are some marks that might be from circulation or just bag marks. My coin club doesn't meet for another couple weeks so I thought I'd try here in the mean time. Hope the pictures are detailed enough

Closer pics would help pinpoint the grade but I'm at MS-61 - MS-63.

I'll see if I can get some better pics up later on. It makes me a little nervous because I almost dropped my camera on it earlier haha. Also does it look like its been dipped or cleaned

Get those larger images up if you can. Looks like it's been cleaned/dipped as you suggested imho.
