The big one is a Penny and the smaller is a Half Penny. I don't know the values.

They didn't have copper pennies in 1747; the big one is a halfpenny, KM# 579.2, $4 in VG. The smaller is a farthing, KM# 581.2, $3 in VG (2002 prices).

Unfortunately my Rotographic doesn't go back that far but you can pretty much go by what sap says. He is pretty accurate on his research.
