This is a tough one. I think it's MS based on the planchet striations still being present. I want to call it MS62.

Are these images scans or photos?

I'll say MS but those scans are not of good enough quality to pinpoint the grade.

Die polishing marks typically show up on the fields, not the devices. Since the marks on the two sides run parallel to each other and through roughly the center of the coin, I'm thinking more along the lines of impressions or scratches inflicted by a coin counter. My judgment would be "Genuine Uncirculated, Details: Mechanical Damage" is how it might well grade.
