If you go to the link above and just change the end of the URL by "001" each time (so 002, 003, etc.), there are 11 insane errors that somebody submitted to NGC at one time.

These were definitely assisted errors, but they're still pretty awesome nonetheless. I just wish there were clearer pics of all of them. Imagine the $$$ these coins would bring at an auction, no doubt some have been sold already.

These don't scream "assisted" to me at all. Though I didnt look through them all, It simply looks like a really well assembled collection of rare, major mint errors.

I also believe that many of these, if not all, were recently auction off by Heritage.
