I apologize if this is not the proper forum, but I'm looking for a source for graded/slabbed 2004 TX State Quarters to include in wedding gift bags. Need 20, and MS65 is more than enough given who these are going to. I've looked on ebay and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm not sure why anyone would submit a quarter that they think is going to get the MS65 tag, but whatever; I'm trying to be hopeful because the slab would be a really cool gift since it's a Texas wedding.

Again, I apologize if this is not the proper forum. I've posted on my wish list as well.

66s on ebay usually go for about 10 bucks, theyre hard to find though with the flag labels if thats what you want. Youre basically going to be buying the misses people submitted thinking it was higher.

Come to think of it there may not actually be any flag labels that low since those are bulk submissions that almost certainly would have a higher minimum grade.

Youll probably have better luck just snagging up cheap proof 69s.

That guy has 5 with the flag label for 10 bucks each. Theres several others listed too, not 20 but those should come up enough its possible

@basebal21 - thanks for the link -- you're helpful as always. However I was hoping to get a bunch/lot of these for much less than $10/per. Not opposed to dropping $5 each for 20, but $10/ea is a bit much -- I'm already pumping a lot into these silly gift bags and I am only doing this because everyone knows I'm a coin collector from Texas, so thought it would be appropriate.

Maybe I'll just find a roll and pop them into flips with some personalization.

You may be able to do the clad proof 69s for that from the 99 cent auction listings. Theyre common and shouldnt start any bidding wars. It just may take a little while. I like your flip idea if youre on a tight time frame.

Try contacting one of the mass sellers of "SGS" coins. They may have a boat load to unload.
