1797 Cent -- Is This A Good Ebay Deal?

I've settled on the year 1797 and want it graded by PCGS. Not seeing a lot of options for my budget, but this one (see link) stood out. Help me out! Is this a decent price? I would guess your not planning on reselling so again, price is not important. As long as your happy with it, want to keep it, don't worry about cost. Always be happy with spending money on yourself.
