Not an expert by all means, but judging from the previous posts, I would think it would have only a small premium if any, given that the note is in pristine condition and has no misprint faults.

Pictures would help though.
Rest in Peace

What series is it? The number (quantity) printed matters.

Check out USPaperMoney.info. Also ...

F=2003A

Looks like a decent number of these were printed, however since this style of bill is being pulled from circulation proactively I would say its worth holding onto. I would guess not a big premium for this bill right now but I'm sure someone would pay an extra $10 if they have a missing field in their collection and really wanted it.
Rest in Peace

I see from your original post that the Fed. Res. Bank is B -- the second letter in the serial number. There were 1,760,000 star notes printed. So... that's a lot. Overall star rate for that series was 0.43%.

If you want to sell it and you can get any premium -- go for it. But I wouldn't consider them scarce. Also, a lot depends upon the condition of the note.

This was a fly-by. Probably wanted to hear retirement numbers.
