The Free shippin is nice, but the overall price is about 21.80 a coin, about 2.50 a coin over spot. Not too too bad if you want to buy small amounts.
If anyone is looking for silver rounds of 100+ or more in quantity, Golden Sate Mint is the place to go. They charge a much lower fee per coin.

I buy there when the silver market is near 18 bucks an ounce. = )
