There is actually no wear on this coin, the lighting was coming from the left, so it made it look like wear.

I'd definitely have to question that. It sure looks like wear to me, light or no light.

Right in the middle of the obverse the Queens hair has wear on it and a bit down on her neck unless.. my eyes are really getting bad.

there is in fact quite a bit of wear my opinion VF 20

F15 due to the wear on the 2 square jewels on the top of the crown. Details of these jewels are considerably worn, very little detail left.

Shaft - your eyes are okay... in my opinion.. if you put this coin next to an MS coin .. or even an EF coin one could easily spot the differences in the details.
