Not familiar with Seated halves but this one stood out when I saw it for sale. To me it looks full of die breaks. Is that how you see it? Is anyone familiar enough with the series to comment if a known variety exists with these breaks?

Yep, looks like die breaks to me.
I always think that they give a coin "personality".

But they are rarely cataloged as a variety (I don't have a SL Half specialty book so don't take that comment as gospel).
