It is a small date. Take a piece of paper with a straight edge and lay it on the top line of the date. They are in line. Then try it on the lower edge of the date and they are in line also. The inner loop doesn't point to the lower part of the 7 and the foot of the 7 is pointed. The grading company has it correct.
Rest in Peace

My bet is on small date too. The 7 (middle) shape looks like the SD type, and the shaky photo has obscured the sharp inner loop of the "9".
OTOH, $189 is a pretty high place to bid down to a more reasonable, say $50 for a PR67 example.

I totally agree with Coop. I as I guessed. The 0 in the date is elispsed and the 7 is bold straight not at an slight down angle. Never can fail by as Coop said"take a straight line from the top of the 0 to the top of the 1 and the 7 should line up with this line. Trick taught to me by my first Coin menter and dealer from "Adams coins" (not in existance anymore. Frank has past a few years back. One of you may know of him. From Reseda Calif. Kooky guy from NY)

The Large date will fall at an angle just below thw line, Leaving a space. Little practice you will begin the see without a ruler. Sometimes. I always seem to question myself and go to the positive way of the ruler to be safe.
