the mylar does not help all you really need is one good head on shot of both the obverse and reverse
it looks like an attempt at AT or at least those carbon burn spots and darker color along the peripherals gives that that impression. The obverse is pretty roughed up on the relief as well. I am not sure if this makes MS details as much as it would receive a genuine code.

the cheek marks probably limit it to 62 but the fields look nice so maybe 63.

Looks nice enough to be a 63 but the marks on the cheeks will keep ot down to 62.

Lower AU range for me - the two big rim dings (one on the obverse at about 9 o'clock, the other on the reverse at about 4) plus all the smaller ones just kill any chance of it being deemed to be in mint state condition, even with a "details" annotation.

The pictures of the obverse makes the coin appear over-dipped. I think it's an AU coin and would be labeled details by a reputable TPG. IMHO of course...
