I have zero idea what they are worth, but was able to get these.

Any idea as to value?

I don't think they would demand any type of premium based on the condition. Maybe $5-$10 if you found the right buyer?

Nice binary radars... I would think you would get a premium, but unsure how much.

Why would anyone decide that these bills might have some value in the future, and then fold them up like that?

The would've commanded a premium if they were in better shape...

My advice... if anyone offers you anything above face for it... Take it!

They are neat binary RADARS.. but pretty badly beat up....

Although they are rough you can clean them up a bit.. I have heard of guys using a very mild soap to brighten up the edges, and after placing the note between wax paper and pressing them in a book for awhile... They would look better than this

motoryoda...Dont let anyone tell you your bills are too old, too wrinkly..Remember this..NO ONE in the whole world has a better shaped bill with that exact same serial number than YOU...

This is actually not true... in fact there is a very good likelyhood there is infact this serial number in better condition with just a different prefix...

I don't have my guide handy but I am just guessing they used at least 10 primary prefix letters with a combination of at least 22 of secondary prefix letters .. with those estimates my guess is that there would be at least 220 other notes with the exact same serial number just a different prefix combination.. given that this number is a RADAR there's a very good likelyhood that other have kept them as well...

This is the reason why a note like this.. even while it's old and has a desireable serial number will not command a great premium.. there's a possibility of many more to be out there ..
