MS Details, PVC under shield. At least that looks like some kind of surface contaminant akin to PVC.

I believe it is MS, I would guess low to mid MS. That may not be a FH but WOW, it s close and definately not flat. That is a beautiful coin.

^^ I don't see any PVC. I'm at MS-Something, bit hard to grade with no surface details clear. Good Luster though.

MS-62, no FH would be my guess. Kinda hard with these pics. I really like what I see. I just sent one into NGC and expect it back by the end of the month. I'll share with you on a post just this one I posted last month. I love these coins. One of the most beautiful coin the US ever minted in my opinion. I now have all three P, D, and S. Thanks for sharing.
