It looks like an extra rim/rail is going through the motto. "LIBE" has a spread to the west. Is that being caused by the extra rim? It's a pretty rough coin to start with, but can't figure out what minting issues may exist.

Its from Die Deterioration. The Doubling you are seeing is Die Deterioration Doubling. VLDS

Thanks Jay! Is Die Deterioration a form of doubling worth keeping? I'm not sure I understand the numismatic value of the different doubling varieties.
