Looks to be in the MS-63 range. It's hard to identify VAM's from overall shots, as many are very subtle. It'd be better if you provided close-ups of any you suspect. The hot ticket for this issue is the O/CC mintmark, but most VAM's in general are not such a big deal, nor especially value enhancing.

I'm all in AU because of the wear on the hair above the ear and lack of luster.

Thanks guys I'll try and get some better pictures of those areas then I get home tonight. It does have a great luster to it, more so than any of the other Morgans I have.

my gut says high AU but maybe MS 63

This isn't an MS coin IMO, looks AU-55.

The luster breaks and slight wear indicate that this is AU, IMO AU-55.

AU55. But first impression was MS63 until I noticed some wear on the high points.
