sorry somehow text got delted.

Ok guys need some input. I literly have researched and researched and can find nothing like this coin I have.
As you can see in the picture it says its a MS70 2012 (S) Silver Eagle Holder is for a 75th Anniversy Golden Gate Bridge.

Was this coin miss slabbed? a MS state coing did not come in the 75th set in 2012.
I can not find any other silver eagle like this at all. ebay and google come up with nothing with the Golden Gate Bridge 75th Ann.

Any input would be nice.
If it is miss slabbed. does that add to value? I have never seen a miss slabbed coin before.

I do not see any reason to think this coin was mislabeled. The S-mint Eagles do not carry a mintmark so the only way to know the source is to submit an entire monster box(500 coins) to a TPG, the seal on the monster box lists the Mint. Whoever submitted the coin most likely had the entire monster box slabbed with the Golden Gate bridge anniversary labels, a label that has little to no importance outside of San Francisco. It is nothing more than a marketing tool for the bridge anniversary, possibly some sort of fundraiser. Anyone with a large enough submission can get a custom label.

Yeah, that is pretty interesting but makes sense.

Is it coincidence that the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco Mint share the same year of completion (if we are to believe that label and the 2012 SF 75th Anniversary ASE Set)?

If you Google "san francisco golden gate 75th anniversary silver eagle" and select images, there are a few hits on labels like yours.

Yep, just another custom label for some promotion. Nothing special.

I want my custom label.

Maybe I'll save up a few thousand to get a few hundred coins slabbed.

I'll have written on the back: "PQ+++ SUPERIOR L@@K WOW EYE APPEAL GREAT COIN GEM BU" in honor of ebay sellers.
