Just WHAT kind of grease do you all refer to? Ordinary lubricant used to keep machines humming? Or a special grease used in coin manufacturing?
I have wanted to ask this question for a long time.

I would have said low pressure strike myself.

Odd both sides grease filled in the same areas (but possible) I would guess weak strike too..

Yeah, I don't recall seeing grease strike on both sides of a coin like that.

The rim is weak. What is the weight of this one? Maybe a thin planchet if it is underweight?

OP coin looks like a low pressure strike. Might be an underweight planchet.

Note the difference in the rims compared tot he heavy Greaser shown by Coop in post #7
