I have an Indian Head penny, its in pretty good shape other than this huge dent in it. You can see the coin is raised on the other side as well. Anything special or junk? Thanks for the help!

It is damaged and considered a cull. To bad. It was a good year.

Looks G/VG and that "damage" looks like a planchet error.

The raised metal on the opposite side indicates damage. It was hit post-mint.
