Just heard back from Kunker and they have accepted that they made an 'error' and that both coins are fakes!

The resolution of your obverse photos are not good enough for me to tell - but if these two dollars are from where I think they were made, then the serifs on the letters of the obverse legend will be different, especially the D's. Compare your coin to this one (you have to log into Heritage to get the zoom photos):
