The roll looks like it's the wrong size for a quarter roll.

The roll isn't even a government roll. It is probably one of those companies that you see in the newspaper selling coins.

I have to say I was had by the world reserve ads for the new Presidential dollars. I was about to blow $1100 after the subscription was all said and done. I ended up paying a couple payments before finding out what a bad deal it was. They were very helpful in refunding all the money for cancelling the subscription. Thankfully this was a cheap lesson learned.

Almost as believable as the coins with the Corvette car with the flashing head lights. Selling coin items as well as coins is becoming a fantastic scam but making someone rich.
