I suppose, in principle, that every circulated coin is "scratched" to one degree or another. Given how unobtrusive the scratches are, such a designation for this one shouldn't really affect the value if, as most buyers claim, they buy the coin and not the holder. But it's really moot, as I had it graded and slabbed more for a future generation than as an item to sell.
