Based on the extremely poor pictures I would have to say 1917 due to the shield rivets being visible. Add the 'Bay factor = NO BUY!

Definitely not a 1916 judging by key features on the obverse. They also have 0 feedback and don't offer returns. Stay away.. stay FAR away.

Of course if the buyer finds out it is not an 1916 as stated then it is grounds for an item not as described case. One needs to be careful when listing un-slabbed rare coins like that.
