Die Crack On 2014 Isle Of A Man

I just bought a 2014 angel coin yesterday and it looks to have a die crack under the left foot. I tried to take some pictures but the crack or scratch is hard to see. Its a MS70 NGC graded coin. Has anyone seen one of these coins with a small crack in it? btw it is definitely on the coin and not the slab. Thanks

So the reason I ask is I'm wondering if I should send this coin back and get one without a crack or does it make it more valuable for any reason? Also why would NGC grade it a MS 70 with a crack or scratch on the coin?

A die crack would not affect the grade nor should it affect the value, a scratch is a different matter entirely and would preclude a 70 grade.

Personally I would keep the coin if you can confirm its a die crack opposed to a scratch. Whilst it may not affect the value, if there was any difference in price it would be a slight premium. Just for future notice, if you ever return a coin because you've found an error, the mint no longer provide you with a letter detailing the error and return it...they take the error in and give you a replacement. Definitely do not send in any nice errors else you will lose them
