That's just die wear and a weak strike, the coin has less wear than previously stated IMO. I'm thinking VF-25.

VF-25 for me. I agree the reverse weak-wing is a strike issue.

My left....eagles right. I've been swayed. I'm completely in the VF camp instead of a fence rider.

VF-25. It's a weak strike not wear on the eagle.
