Considering this as a purchase. NGC probably over-graded it. Pictures aren't great but seller only provided these. Any opinions are appreciated.

VF30, but it wouldn't shock me if NGC gave it an EF40...

I wouldnt knock NGC to much on grading.. PCGS would have said AU.... I find NGC grades closer to Canadian standards than PCGS
