Here's another non-coin, but it is often collected alongside the coins of the classic-era US commemorative coins - the octagonal 1925 Norse-American medal. The piece features a circa 1000 Viking longship on its reverse.

I went back and reviewed this entire thread - from Page 1 forward - to make sure I wouldn't post a duplicate, and have come away with a few observations:

1. There is a vast array of coins that feature some sort of watercraft in their design! It would be a daunting task for any collector to try and assemble a collection that featured one of each type. It would probably be an interesting journey, however!

2. Long ago, this thread morphed from "sailing ship" coins into one for coins that feature any type of watercraft. Coins with rafts, canoes, modern steam ships, 20th century warships, submarines (!), and others have all been posted. None are sailing ships, but make for some interesting coin designs nonetheless.

3. Certain coins appear to be very popular among CCF members - I lost track of how many folks posted the 1949 Newfoundland commemorative silver dollar from Canada. It's a great looking coin - I have one too!

All that said, here's a coin from the classic US commemorative series that hasn't been posted yet: 1935 California-Pacific Exposition half dollar (commonly referred to as the "San Diego"). The coin features a small sailing ship on its obverse (at roughly the 9 o'clock position).
