For sure an ms64 and very possibly an ms65, but due to the picture having a few shadows in the all important fields of the obverse, it's very difficult to commit to a 65.

First impression: 64. Need to see lustre in hand. Hair above the ear seems flat, though, makes me think it's a 45 because of that.

64. I think the obv strike holds it back from a 65.

Ahh... I was hoping to see a Newfoundland 1946-C 5 cent. Oh well. I grade MS-64.

Very good graders. I hoped it may get a MS65. We collectors always think our coins are better than they probably are. Thanks for playing.

@ShaftA9a..No it's not a 1946/6. I wish it was. I'm actually looking for 6/6 in MS63 or higher, but haven't been able to find one.
