2004 P Roosevelt Dime, Satin Finish?

These are both 2004 P Roosevelt dimes, but I noticed the one on the left has a different finish. Is this satin finish? I couldn't find any decent info on them, what they're worth, etc.

Satin Finish was only used for Mint Set coins from 2005 to 2010. Differences in appearance could be due to anything from toning to die state but they both appear to be normal business strikes.

The dime on the left looks larger? Not sure why it looks that way?

I had photoshop open they are the same size I sometimes get coins with a milky like look also

Thanks! Yeah a milky look describes it. Unfortunately I don't have an actual known satin finish dime to compare it to so I wasn't sure.

i see it more often on silver eagles or silver coins not washed properly I think it is soap residue? but I am not a expert so I would wait for someone else to chime in..

I think it looks like that, yeah. I took another picture of the 2 dimes in natural sunlight. The one on top definitely looks different, but I'm not sure if that's the finish or toning:
